Because we specialize in heavy-goods logistics, please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our store. To keep things transparent, the price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay—no hidden heavy-freight surprises at checkout.

Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within [Insert your target countries here, e.g., the United States, Canada, and Europe]. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases due to the weight and size of our packages.
2. Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, which will include your tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Because modular racks and adjustable weights are highly specialized and heavy items, we ship them directly from our regional manufacturing and fulfillment hubs to keep your costs at zero.

Standard Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.

Multi-Box Shipments: If you order a modular setup (such as a bench with attachment expansions), your order may be shipped in multiple separate boxes. Do not panic if one box arrives a day or two before the rest; this is completely normal for heavy logistics.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier peak seasons, or extreme weather conditions.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to start updating on the carrier's network.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
5. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

Incorrect Addresses: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We cannot change the shipping address once the item has been handed over to our logistics partners.

Missed Deliveries / Freight Drop-offs: Some of our larger modular items require a signature or a scheduled delivery window with a freight courier. If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to the warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, fitinlift.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
