1. The 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unassembled).

In its original packaging (including all boxes, internal foam, dials, pins, and accessories).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Our Guarantee)
Since adjustable gym equipment contains moving components, we inspect quality closely. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will fix it at zero cost to you.

What to do: Inspect your order upon arrival. If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (9188857 643) or Email (contactliftinfit@gmail.com).

What to provide: Please send your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the damage or mechanical defect.

The Resolution: Once verified, we will ship out a replacement part or a completely new unit immediately, completely free of charge.
3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse Returns
If the equipment is working perfectly but you decided you do not want it, you can still return it within 7 days. However, due to the extreme weight and volume of fitness equipment, the following rules apply:

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping labels to our designated fulfillment center. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover heavy-goods handling, warehouse sorting, and repackaging.

Safety Tip: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost by the carrier.
4. Items Not Eligible for Returns
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Items not in their original packaging or missing mechanical parts.

Items showing clear signs of workout wear, scratches, or cosmetic damage caused by the user.

Gift cards and promotional/clearance items marked as "Final Sale."
5. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you the exact warehouse return address and specific instructions on how to package the item.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address listed on the box until we provide the verified return location.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
